Bouquets

Since opening our service in 1996, we have received literally hundreds of cards and letters from grateful clients and family members. They express gratitude for the positive difference we have made.

We have read and kept each one, referring to them as our “Client Bouquets”. The comments remind us of the importance of our work. The following selected excerpts reflect the exceptional care provided by our Caregivers and Care Managers on a daily basis.

“I cannot find enough accolades to describe the care for my uncle. The caregivers were compassionate, well-trained, no, excellently trained, ethical, understanding, advocates for his dignity, well being & yes, “joy” during his last days. Your company has the best I have ever seen. Our whole family is indebted to your company.”

Joy (niece)

“I want to thank you for your care manager’s assistance to (client) and myself in locating an assisted living home for him. (Care manager) arranged to show me several different assisted living situations, small to large, and we were expected at each place. She had this all organized and did not waste one minute of my time.”

Mary (power of attorney)

“I want to thank you and (care manager) for your help in identifying the appropriate care for my high school friend. I want you to know that I, along with my friends, was able to visit with him these past weeks before he died, and I appreciate all of your efficient and prompt assistance in helping me deal with this difficult situation.”

Donna (friend)

“This letter is being sent to say that the care I am now receiving from your firm is outstanding. Each caregiver has been attentive, professional and knowledgeable. Thank you for your wonderful service.”

Paul (client)

“I want to thank you and your excellent caring staff for taking such good care of my grandmother. At one point, we had the opportunity to move her into a nursing home, but chose not to because we felt her care at home was much better than she would have received anywhere else. I knew we had made the right decision because hospice nurses would come to see her and comment regularly about the excellent care she was receiving.”

Marci (granddaughter)

“Our family wants to thank you and all of your staff for the superb service and care you provided for my mother. As hospice said, she was the best cared for patient that they had at the time.”

Clara (daughter)
