Shirley M. Jennett, R.N.

Founder and President

Shirley Jennett has many years of extensive nursing and management experience in the field of healthcare, including acute, chronic and hospice care.

Shirley served as president of the Colorado Hospice Organization's Board of Directors and as a representative to the Rocky Mountain Region on the National Hospice Board of Directors. For many years Shirley has been involved with health planning on local, state, and national levels, focusing on quality care provision.

Care Management & Resources, Inc. (Home Care Resources) was established in 1996 to provide professional nurse care managers and carefully selected, trained and supervised companion caregivers to meet the growing needs of seniors in our community. Since our nurses and caregivers are employees of Home Care Resources , they are screened, insured and bonded. We take great pride in our people and in our unique ability to provide the right range of skills and personal compatibility to match the needs of our clients.

For more than13 years, our staff has worked successfully with physicians, professional in-home health agencies, hospices, hospitals, assisted living and nursing facilities to provide a high quality continuum of care for our clients and their families.
